Warranty:
The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of defects for a period of 30 days. In most cases, they will simply ship you a new part, however they may either repair or replace the defective parts at their discretion. The manufacturer will pay the shipping to send any covered warranty repairs or replacement parts to you.

Returns:
Money back on returns notified within 7 days of delivery receipt. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. Return authorization required. Subject to 20% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of size/weight restrictions this item can only ship via L.T.L (less than truckload) common freight carrier (usually FedEx Freight, Conway or Motor Cargo).
PLEASE NOTE: We charge $150 for freight shipping to most areas (*see conditions) of the continental 48 United States only. Orders from AK, HI, and Canada are not accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Most freight orders will ship out within one week of confirmed payment.
PLEASE NOTE: This is back of truck curb side delivery. Someone will need to be available to help the driver unload your packages, otherwise special arrangements will need to be made in advance for a lift gate truck at YOUR additional expense.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
