Futon frames, Airlay futon mattresses, Otis futon mattresses and most covers and accessories are shipped out on the next business day via UPS Ground with tracking. Wolf brand futons are made to order and shipped via UPS Ground in about 1 week.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Money back on returns notified within 7 days of delivery receipt. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. Return authorization required. Subject to 20% restocking fee.
