We have been selling futon mattresses from our retail location for over 20 years. Recent increases in the price of polyurethane foam has made it a challenge to find affordably priced options amongst the futon mattress products available in today's market. This is why we are so excited about this revolutionary new product.
AIRLAY FIBRE FOAM CORE
Unlike conventional futon mattresses ours has a patented Airlay fibre-foam core which helps the futon spring back to life and retain its shape without using costly polyurethane foam. This newly developed product is made with a blend of cotton, polyester and low-melt fibers thermally bonded to produce a density of 2.8 lbs with longevity twice that of standard foam.
NATURAL COTTON BATTING
The foam core is wrapped in multiple layers of pure cotton batting which gives the futon a soft natural feel. The cotton contains a small amount of non-toxic substance (boric acid) as a fire retardant, complying with California's strict safety requirements.
THE CASING
Our casing is made of 6.5 oz natural white cotton duck material (similar to lightweight canvas). The mattress is tufted to give it a "pillowed' appearance and help the futon retain its shape.

Shipping:
These futon mattresses are shipped via UPS ground, usually within 24-48 hours. We vacuum-pack and box each futon mattress just before shipping. Some other sellers just roll and bag their mattresses which results in a higher risk of shipping damage.
